If any issue arises due to installation faults within 12 months of the job being completed, we’ll return to put right - no hassle, no extra cost.

What’s covered:

• Loose tiles or grout due to incorrect installation

• Leaking pipe joints or poorly fitted fixtures

• Faults related to our work

What’s not covered:

• Wear & tear or accidental damage

• Defects in materials not supplied by us

• Issues caused by pre-existing structures or plumbing

We believe in doing things properly the first time - but if there’s ever a problem with our work, we’ll make it right.
